We’re looking for a social media content director & editor to lead on short-form digital content across our social and online platforms. You’ll be responsible for directing, shooting and editing fast-turnaround BTS reels, teasers, interviews and original digital-first stories that amplify the tone and reach of the series. You should be confident crafting narrative-driven edits for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, with an instinct for what cuts through online. Experience working across shooting, producing and editing roles is essential, along with a strong understanding of platform-specific formats, pacing and tone.

We’re looking for an experienced technical assistant / runner to support our small shooting teams on location. DIT experience will be necessary and good working knowledge of rushes workflows and management. As well as camera knowledge, release form and cash management. Must hold a valid UK driving license.

We’re looking for a talented Offline Editor to join our team on an upcoming medical documentary series. (network NDA) . You’ll be shaping powerful real-life stories, working closely with the Series Producer and Edit Producer to deliver compelling, human-first narratives under tight deadlines.

This role requires someone with strong instincts for story and pacing, experience working with sensitive material, and confidence editing observational footage.

We’re looking for a sharp, story-driven Edit Producer to join the post team on a new medical documentary series. You’ll work closely with the Offline Editor and Series Producer to shape complex narratives from structured and observational and interview-led material, often spanning sensitive or high-pressure environments.

You should be confident scripting voiceover, crafting editorial arcs, and handling compliance and broadcaster notes.

We're looking for an experienced Celebrity Booker to join our team. You’ll be responsible for identifying and approaching high-profile guests, building relationships with agents and talent teams, and securing contributor bookings in line with the editorial brief. You’ll work closely with the Exec Producer and Producer to align casting with tone and creativity. Experience booking big names for unscripted or factual formats is essential, along with great negotiation and communication skills.
